Orkin Asset Management directs the municipal advocacy of each asset by monitoring zoning regulations and infrastructure improvements, and participates in various governmental organizations to ensure highest and best use of the asset. Orkin Asset Management tackles entitlement issues, easement and right-of-way negotiations, and supervises fiscal tasks such as market analysis, debt planning and property tax and insurance management. In addition, Orkin Asset Management oversees project management of assets from land planning to both horizontal and vertical development.
