Jonathan Nicholson

Director of Construction

Jonathan has over 19 years of experience in commercial construction and property management as well as experience managing large, complex multi-use development projects for the US Military. Jonathan was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida where after schooling; he enlisted in the US Air Force in support of Operation Desert Storm/Calm and served as a Crew Chief of multiple aircrafts in the South Pacific.

Prior to joining Orkin & Associates in 2019, Jonathan worked as a Commercial Construction Manager for Cortland Partners, LLC in Atlanta, GA as well as Balfour Beatty US as the Senior Facilities Manager of on-post military housing for multiple military installations in Georgia. He has excelled in facilities, property, and construction management positions for multiple industry leading international infrastructure groups.

Jonathan enjoys various activities outdoors such as kayaking, hiking, and fishing. Jonathan lives in Cumming, GA with his wife and their 2 children, Nathan and Elizabeth.
