Brian Orkin is the Construction Manager for Orkin & Associates, and joined the company in August 2023. In his role, Brian leads development projects from start to finish, overseeing each stage of the process from permitting and infrastructure through vertical construction and project closeout. He works closely with vendors, contractors, and municipalities throughout each project to help ensure developments progress efficiently and successfully. In addition to construction management, Brian assists the company with real estate analysis, property management, and other operational initiatives, as well as the William B. Orkin Foundation.

Born and raised in Milton, Georgia, Brian is the son of Adam Orkin and represents the fourth generation of the Orkin family to work in the family business. Prior to joining Orkin & Associates, Brian gained experience in residential real estate as a sales associate with Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty, where he worked alongside residential brokerage agents in Seaside, Florida. Brian attended St. Francis High School and graduated in 2020.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys competing in triathlons and participating in running, cycling, and hiking. He also enjoys reading, particularly fiction, as well as cooking and spending time with his cat. His faith is an important part of his life, and he occasionally volunteers through his church. Brian’s passion for physical activity and an active lifestyle carries into his personal time, where he enjoys staying outdoors and finding new ways to challenge himself.
