Anthony Okon 

FACILITIES MANAGER

Anthony Okon is the Facilties Manager at Orkin & Associates. Anthony is a Georgia native and joined Orkin & Associates in April 2023. After graduating from Sequoyah High School in Cherokee County in 2014, Anthony began his career in the mechanical field with Tug Technologies and most recently worked with Dynatest North America. As the onsite Facilities Manager for Crabapple Market, Anthony works with the Crabapple Management Group to ensure our tenants are well cared for .

Anthony’s responsibilities include overseeing building maintenance, scheduling routine repairs, and managing preventive maintenance programs. He also manages relationships with third-party vendors and contractors, including negotiating service contracts and monitoring the quality of their work. In addition, Anthony helps ensure the property remains compliant with local health, fire, ADA, and OSHA requirements and assists with budgeting and tracking operational expenses for repairs, supplies, and facility improvements.

Having grown up in Canton before moving to Woodstock 10 years ago, Anthony enjoys mountain biking and motorcycle riding, as well as spending time with his nieces and nephews. He is proud to have grown up in a big Southern family and has an older brother and sister who both live nearby.
