Julie Hans  

PROPERTY MANAGER

Julie is the Property Manager at Orkin & Associates, where she is involved in property management, development and leasing. With a strong passion for customer service and relationship building, she works directly with tenants and clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and help ensure the properties and partnerships she oversees operate efficiently.

A Northern Virginia native, Julie attended George Mason University, where she studied Aviation Management. While at George Mason, she was recruited by FedEx, beginning a 17-year career with the company. During her time there, Julie advanced through a variety of field and management positions, gaining valuable experience while working with large organizations and diverse, global teams.

Julie joined Orkin & Associates in 2014, bringing her experience in operations, customer service, and relationship management to a variety of areas within the company. She especially enjoys connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding practical solutions. Julie believes that strong, lasting relationships are built through consistent communication, trust, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

Julie resides in Milton and enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, teaching yoga, and traveling.
