Jonathan has over 19 years of experience in commercial construction and property management as well as experience managing large, complex multi-use development projects for the US Military. Jonathan was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida where after schooling; he enlisted in the US Air Force in support of Operation Desert Storm/Calm and served as a Crew Chief of multiple aircrafts in the South Pacific.
After leaving the Military service in 1998, Jonathan began his career in the US construction industry and over the past 19 years, Jonathan has excelled in facilities, property, and construction management positions for multiple industry leading international infrastructure groups. Prior to joining Orkin & Associates in 2019, Jonathan worked as a Commercial Construction Manager for Cortland Partners, LLC in Atlanta, GA as well as Balfour Beatty US as the Senior Facilities Manager of on-post military housing for multiple military installations in Georgia.
Within these roles, Jonathan has fostered an environment of teamwork, exemplified the highest standards of integrity, and developed clearly defined asset management strategies to ensure both internal and external client success. Jonathan’s strong communication, client service skills, and enhanced process-driven management philosophy have proven effective in both construction and asset management.
Jonathan enjoys various activities outdoors such as kayaking, hiking, and fishing. Jonathan lives in Cumming, GA with his wife and their 2 children, Nathan and Elizabeth.
